Complaints Channel: To express dissatisfaction or disagreement with actions or services provided by Aquafondo.

Available Mechanisms:

• In-person submission or submission via institutional email.
• Follow-up and response within established deadlines.
• Confidentiality of the complainant's identity and protection against retaliation, in accordance with internal regulations and procedures.
  The complaint refers to dissatisfaction with the quality of a service or institutional action, and the report corresponds to the communication of alleged acts of corruption, fraud, harassment, conflicts of interest or other ethical breaches; in both cases they are received and managed by the Compliance Officer, in accordance with and processed according to an internal procedure.
