We rehabilitate amunas, qochas and bofedales that recharge water to the subsoil, strengthening communities and water reserves.
We train leaders and young people committed to water, promoting programs that educate, inspire and promote sustainability.
We strengthen food security with technified irrigation and sustainable practices that care for the environment and ecosystems.
We develop projects that provide safe, quality water, improving health and reducing water gaps.
Political, social, economic and administrative processes and structures used to develop, regulate and manage water resources.
We encourage companies to manage water sustainably, strengthening their competitiveness and generating shared value in the territories where they operate.
Together with the Global Program “Nexus Regional Dialogues”, implemented by the GIZ, jointly financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and the European Union and the Community of San Pedro de Casta, we contribute to the food, energy and water security of the community of San Pedro de Casta and increase their economic income, strengthening their communal capacities in the application of technologies and methodologies for agricultural production, contemplating several axes: implementation of a communal bio-garden, technified guinea pig breeding, installation of a composting plant and rehabilitation of the Qocha Marcahuasi.

Rehabilitation of the Qocha Marcahuasi dam (stores 40 thousand m³).
Installation of a 240 m² bio-garden and 1400 m² of forage (alfalfa) planting plots with a technified irrigation system.
Installation of a guinea pig house with 48 guinea pigs of "Linea Peru". Lighting supplied with solar panels.
Humus production with red Californian earthworms in 2 m².
Development of nutrition workshops for school children, women leaders and the farming community.
Development of seven local business plans.
Development of user-friendly recipes.
Sustainability agreement: an operation and maintenance agreement.
Creation of four specialized committees: Biohuerto Management Committee, Technified Breeding of Small Animals, Composting Pilot Plant and Qocha Marcahuasi.
