We successfully concluded our presidency of the Peruvian Water Forum-GWP Peru. We begin this journey in 2024 with the firm intention of reactivating the network in the country and boosting the participation of its members.
After more than two years of leadership, we celebrate having once again mobilized the network through concrete activities to make the NETWORK visible and bring it together. These actions renewed the energy of the network and awakened the interest of new organizations to join.
With conviction and joy, today we can say:

It is now time to hand over the presidency with gratitude and salute the 2026-2028 Board of Directors, chaired by the National Water Authority and integrated by the Peruvian Society of Environmental Lawthe NGO Fomento de la Vidathe Guamán Poma de Ayala Center for Education and Communication, the Peruvian Environmental Law Societythe National Fisheries Development Fund and the Regional Association of Women Engineers. We are convinced that the territorial diversity of this new Board of Directors will strengthen dialogue and enrich the network’s future work plans.
We also thank the outgoing Board of Directors, composed of Aquafondo, Water for People Perú, the National University of Engineering, WWF Peru, the National Water Authority, and the Regional Association of Women Engineers, for all their support and institutional backing that made possible the achievements made during our administration.for all their support and institutional backing that made possible the achievements made during our administration.
We bid farewell to the presidency with the satisfaction of having fulfilled our duty and reaffirm our commitment to continue contributing to the visibility and strengthening of GWP Peru.
